Morning Depart for Cooperstown, NY From Buffalo or Rochester, plan to leave around 9:00 am or 10:00 am. Afternoon 1:00 pm: Registration, Otesaga Lobby Meet UVC team members in the lobby to pick up your welcome bag. 1:00 pm: Networking, Oak Room 4:00 pm: Session I: Scale Up School, Iroquois Room
Evening 6:00 pm: Awards Banquet and Fireside Chat, Ballroom Enjoy a 3-course meal followed by a fireside chat and UVC's Annual Awards recognizing Deal of the Year (Presented By Ernst & Young) and the Dave Ahlers Award for Master Ecosystem Builders. 8:30 pm: Unwind at the Fire Bar Join us outside at the Fire Bar for informal mingling while enjoying the exceptional lake views. |

Friday October 8
| Morning 7:00 am - 9:00 am: Breakfast, Fenimore Room Pre-planned activities with other attendees. We will organize options for those that want to play a round of golf, head to a museum, or simply relax at the spa. 9:00 am: Networking, Iroquois Room 10:00 am: Session II: Entrepreneur Leaders & Ecosystem Building, Iroquois Room
Afternoon 12:00 pm: Lunch, Fenimore Room Enjoy a sit-down lunch and presentation from Rochester-based artist and community activist Shawn Dunwoody on how creative actions can transform Upstate NY communities. 1:30 pm: Group tours of Cooperstown's museums. |
