Songe LaRon, Co-Founder and CEO of Squire

Songe LaRon is the Co-Founder and CEO of SQUIRE Technologies, the premier all-in-one barbershop management platform. Since its inception in 2015, SQUIRE has reinvented the concept of barbershop community and turned daily operations on its head.

In partnership with Co-Founder and President, Dave Salvant, he has led SQUIRE to remarkable growth: the company is now valued at $750m after completing a Series D fundraising round led by Tiger Global- tripling its valuation in just under two years. 

As CEO he believes it’s his job to be an innovator and uses that mindset to set strategic direction for the company. He is proud of the incredible growth SQUIRE has experienced taking on innovation for one of the oldest professions in the world, but is most proud to have built a company that truly respects the value and impact of barbershop on their communities while doing so.

LaRon earned his J.D. from Yale University and graduated Cum Laude from UCLA with a degree in Philosophy.




Julie Baker, Co-Founder and COO of Ursa Space

Julie co-founded Ursa Space Systems in 2014 to connect information-rich satellite data with critical decision makers around the globe. As Chief Operating Officer at Ursa Space, Julie guides interdisciplinary teams across the company to meet rapidly changing sets of customer expectations and serves on Ursa's board of directors. She inspires her diverse team members to reach their potential and achieve the goals of the company.

Julie has 30 years of experience in the software industry, including 15 years in engineering and technical management. She holds a Master of Science in computer science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Texas at Austin.
 




Charles Green, CEO at Assured Information Security (AIS)

Charles Green is the President & CEO of Assured Information Security, Inc. (AIS), a cyber-focused company founded in 2001 and headquartered in Rome, NY just outside the gates of AFRL/RI.

Chuck has been a part of Rome’s “cyber” initiatives at the Air Force Research Laboratory since 1997 when he was invited to be one of two contractors supporting the newly formed Information Warfare Team (IWT). Today, Chuck leads Assured Information Security, which focuses on cyber needs for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. 




Peter Jemison, Artist, Advocate, and Historian

The illustrious career of G. Peter Jemison (Seneca, Heron Clan) spans decades across a wide swath of diverse accomplishments with an immeasurable worldwide impact. Through his art, Jemison has explored a variety of topics, from creating political works that portray contemporary social commentary to those that reflect his relationship with the natural world.

Widely shown and collected, Jemison’s works are rooted in the framework of Native American art. His paintings, videos, and mixed media works have been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in the U.S., the U.K. and Germany. He is also an esteemed administrator, curator, editor, and writer. In 2004, he was elected Board Member at Large of the American Alliance of Museums, and was the founding director of the American Indian Community House  Gallery in New York City. Jemison currently serves as the Historic Site Manager of Ganondagan State Historic Site, the location of a 17th-century Seneca town in Victor, NY, identified as a National Historic Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.




Mary Malone McCarthy, Founder at M3 Placement and Partnership

Mary Malone is the founder and CEO of M3 Placement & Partnership, a full-service talent acquisition firm including executive search, outsourced recruitment, and strategic HR. With a holistic and client centered approach, she and her team partner with companies nationwide, to lead executive searches, talent recruitment efforts, employee retention programs, and strategic HR projects.  Over the past 10 years, Mary Malone has led M3 to significant growth by becoming a dedicated partner and one stop solution for companies committed to transforming how they recruit and retain top talent.




Greg Moran, Founder of Harver

Greg is Co-Founder and General Partner at Evergreen Mountain Equity Partners. Evergreen Mountain Equity Partners is an early stage (seed and series A) venture firm focused exclusively on future of work and HR related technologies. 

Previously, Greg founded and was President and CEO of Harver (formerly Outmatch). He successfully acquired and integrated nearly a dozen companies across three continents and built the company from inception to be one of the world’s leading providers of hiring technology. He remains an active board member.

Savneet Singh, President & CEO of PAR Technology Corp.

Savneet Singh is the President & CEO of PAR Technology Corp. (NYSE:PAR), one of the largest restaurant technology companies in the world. After taking the helm at PAR, Savneet restructured and recapitalized the business, and has led the transformation of PAR from a legacy hardware provider, to a fast-growing SaaS business.
