Songe LaRon, Co-Founder and CEO of Squire

Songe LaRon is the Co-Founder and CEO of SQUIRE Technologies, the premier all-in-one barbershop management platform. Since its inception in 2015, SQUIRE has reinvented the concept of barbershop community and turned daily operations on its head.

In partnership with Co-Founder and President, Dave Salvant, he has led SQUIRE to remarkable growth: the company is now valued at $750m after completing a Series D fundraising round led by Tiger Global- tripling its valuation in just under two years. 

As CEO he believes it’s his job to be an innovator and uses that mindset to set strategic direction for the company. He is proud of the incredible growth SQUIRE has experienced taking on innovation for one of the oldest professions in the world, but is most proud to have built a company that truly respects the value and impact of barbershop on their communities while doing so.

LaRon earned his J.D. from Yale University and graduated Cum Laude from UCLA with a degree in Philosophy.

Julie Baker, Co-Founder and COO of Ursa Space

Julie co-founded Ursa Space Systems in 2014 to connect information-rich satellite data with critical decision makers around the globe. As Chief Operating Officer at Ursa Space, Julie guides interdisciplinary teams across the company to meet rapidly changing sets of customer expectations and serves on Ursa's board of directors. She inspires her diverse team members to reach their potential and achieve the goals of the company.

Julie has 30 years of experience in the software industry, including 15 years in engineering and technical management. She holds a Master of Science in computer science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Texas at Austin.

Brian Corrigan, Entrepreneur & Gaming Community Builder

Brian is a game developer, hacker, and entrepreneur. Most recently, Brian was the Head of Americas at PUBG Corporation where he lead regional publishing efforts. Prior to PUBG, he was the CEO of  MadGlory (acquired by PUBG in 2018) where they worked with companies like Riot Games, SuperEvil Megacorp, Bethesda, Psyonix, Bosskey, Epic Games, Warner Brothers, Kabam and more. He has over 10 years of niche expertise in the video game space launching feature-rich, planet-scale services to hundreds of millions of players. Brian is also an active mentor and advisor for PowerSpike, Velan Studios, and Electronic Gaming Federation and he’s an investor in the Konvoy Venturs and Angel Round Capital Fund. He’s passionate about turning the Capital Region and into a worldwide video gaming hub.

Charles Green, CEO at Assured Information Security (AIS)

Charles Green is the President & CEO of Assured Information Security, Inc. (AIS), a cyber-focused company founded in 2001 and headquartered in Rome, NY just outside the gates of AFRL/RI.

Chuck has been a part of Rome’s “cyber” initiatives at the Air Force Research Laboratory since 1997 when he was invited to be one of two contractors supporting the newly formed Information Warfare Team (IWT). Today, Chuck leads Assured Information Security, which focuses on cyber needs for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. AIS currently employs approx. 170 employees in 10 locations throughout the United States and one location in France. Under Chuck’s leadership, AIS is on track to execute $100MM in business for calendar year 2016.

Mary Malone McCarthy, Founder at M3 Placement and Partnership

Mary Malone is the founder and CEO of M3 Placement & Partnership, an executive search and strategic HR firm. As a certified MWBE, she and her team partner with companies nationwide, to lead executive searches, talent recruitment efforts, employee retention programs, and strategic HR projects. When she began M3 she did so with the conviction that when employees are fulfilled and cared for they are better able to care for their families and their communities and in turn, our world. This purpose has led to significant growth for the organization and continues to fuel each member of the team to wake up each day and care for all of their stakeholders.

Karen Sammon, CEO of Next7Gens

Karen Sammon is CEO of Next7Gens, a holding company of ‘snowbelt’ manufacturers that are transforming to support the demands of the 4th industrial revolution while retaining their roots and culture. Karen is also launching the Virtuous Kitchen, an operation designed for table service restaurants that are looking to safely expand their business through delivery. The Virtuous Kitchen will be opening its first location in the second half of 2020.

Savneet Singh, President & CEO of PAR Technology Corp.

Savneet Singh is the President & CEO of PAR Technology Corp. (NYSE:PAR), one of the largest restaurant technology companies in the world. After taking the helm at PAR, Savneet restructured and recapitalized the business, and has led the transformation of PAR from a legacy hardware provider, to a fast-growing SaaS business.

Mr. Singh is a partner of CoVenture, LLC, a $2bn multi-asset manager with funds in venture capital, direct lending, and cryptocurrency. Mr. Singh serves on the Board of PAR Technology (NYSE:PAR) and CDON (NasdaqOMX:CDON) and has been a successful early stage investor in Uber, Ripple, Rippling, SoFi, Postmates among others.
